Fashion designers in residence at Somerset House

Design duo JENA.THEO have taken up residence at Somerset House in the Fashion Fringe at Covent Garden studio – part of the Fashion Fringe at Covent Garden Development Fund package worth in excess of £100,000, that was awarded to them as winners of the platform in 2009.

Jenny Holmes and Dimitris Theocharidis said "We are so excited to be working on our next collection at Somerset House, to be right at the heart of London Fashion Week home is amazing."

Gwyn Miles, Director, Somerset House said "We see Somerset House as a 21st century palace for the public, a centre for debate, discussion, and display of contemporary culture. We are keen to encourage young designers and support them in their early careers. For example the vaults around the courtyard will soon be colonised as studio spaces for artists and designers and I am therefore very pleased to welcome Jenny and Dimitris to the growing creative community here at Somerset House."
