Each summer, The Edmond J. Safra Fountain Court hosts London's most beautiful open-air cinema; Film4 Summer Screen. A highlight of the city’s summer calendar, the series features a range of films, all showing on a state-of-the-art screen with full surround sound.

"Watching a movie under the stars in Somerset House’s beautiful courtyard on a balmy summer evening is a near-perfect London experience." TimeOut

In addition to this, throughout the year, we show films in our Screening Room which give insight into or are inspired by our current programme of events.
