Skate Prices

Child price for all sessions £8.50
*Club Nights are £17.00 per ticket for all skate session times.
All bookings carry a per ticket booking fee, plus a one-off transaction charge.
Day Tickets
A limited number of tickets for each session are released every day from the on-site box office which opens at 09.30 (12.00 on 1 January).
Day tickets are only available onsite, and are not available online or over the telephone. (maximum four per person).
Students
These tickets are available in advance via the Ticketmaster phone line. Students will be requested to present their student ID on entering the rink, or at the box office if buying their ticket on-site.
£8.50 on the following days and sessions only:
Mon–Fri: 12.30, 13.45, 15.00, 16.15 on 3 & 4 Jan

Ice Guides
An Ice Guide can be booked to provide help for individuals or groups of up to 15 people. Guides are not skating instructors but can provide useful assistance for novice skaters who need extra support. Ice Guides must be booked by telephone at the same time as skating tickets and at least 48 hours in advance of the session. The cost is £30 in addition to the price of your skating ticket. Please note: only three Ice Guides are available per session.
Payment
Cash and all major credit and debit cards are accepted. Please note that we do not accept Diners Club or American Express cards.
Collection
Tickets may be collected on the day from the on site box office. Please bring the credit or debit card used for the booking and the Ticketmaster reference number. The card holder will be required to sign for the tickets.
On site box office opening hours
09.30–21.30 (12.00 on 1 Jan). On days when there is a Club Night, the box office will close 30mins after the start of the last session.
