Student £7.50 Student Discount is limited to specific sessions. Students will be asked to show ID when entering the rink

All phone & web bookings carry a per ticket booking fee, plus a one-off transaction charge of £2.50

Groups

Day Tickets
A limited number of tickets for each session are released every day from the on-site box office which opens at 9.30. Tickets are only available for onsite purchases (maximum 4 per person).

On site box office opening hours
12.00 – 18.00 from 12 – 16 November 2009
09.30 – 21.30 from 17 November 24 January 2010
All on-site ticket sales do not carry booking or transaction charges.

Payment
Cash, cheque and all major credit and debit cards are accepted. Please note that we cannot accept Diners Club or American Express cards.

Collection
Tickets can be collected on the day from the pre-paid entry point. Bring the credit or debit card used for the booking and the Ticketmaster reference number. The card holder may be required to sign for the tickets.

Seasonal opening hours apply on the following days:
24 December rink open 10.00- 18.30 (last session starts at 17.30)
25 December Rink Closed
26 December rink open 12.30-22.15 (last session starts at 21.15)
31 December rink open 10.00-20.00 (last session starts at 18.45)
1 January rink open 12.30-22.15  (last session starts at 21.15)
