General Information

Doors will open at 19.30. Support acts will commence from 20.00 and headline acts from 21.15 onwards. Concerts are standing only and will continue regardless of the weather. 

Entrance to the public is via the Strand Entrance only.  The venue is fully accessible to wheelchair users.

Body and bag searches on the door.
No refunds or exchanges.
No re-admittance. 
No cloakroom.
No filming.
No photography. 
No BYO alcohol.
No glass or cans.
Cash-only bars.
Children are allowed, but must have a ticket.
