Broadcast live from Glyndebourne, The Rake's Progress featured a personal on-screen introduction from David Hockney whose iconic designs provide the scenery for this crisp, airy and witty opera.

Conducted by Vladimir Jurowski and directed by John Cox, this production is regarded as one of Glyndebourne's signature works. With Finnish tenor Topi Lehtipuu and Swedish soprano Miah Persson singing the roles of poor mad Tom and his true love Anne.
