Living Sculptures
30 March - 2 September 2010
Three figures stood on the River Terrace; Che Guevara, Caesar and Salvador Dali's The Anthropomorphic Cabinet Woman. Created by sculptor Christian Jankowski, these exceptionally life like figures were statues of people performing as statues. Their human scale and figurative representation beckoned viewers to come close, consider whether they were real people, pose next to them for photos, and perhaps even throw a few coins in appreciation.
