Bombay Sapphire Dusk Cocktails

Learn how to mix your own special cocktail
Bombay Sapphire Almond Rocks

Inspired by Dusk in Spain - homeplace of the almond botanical in Bombay Sapphire
50ml Bombay Sapphire
20ml lemon juice
4 blackberries
10ml almond syrup
Add plenty of ice and shake in a cocktail shaker
Strain into a tumbler glass filled with ice
Garnish with a blackberry and some zested lemon

50ml Bombay Sapphire
25ml lemon juice
15ml sugar syrup
Muddle together with 5 strawberries and a wedge of grapefruit
Serve in a long glass with plenty of ice and garnish with 4 basil leaves

10ml MARTINI Rosso
10ml dry sherry
2 dashes of orange bitters
Top with soda and garnish with a grapefruit zest twist
