The seasonal British menu at Tom’s Kitchen might include the likes of shepherd’s pie, venison casserole, truffle pappardelle, crab cakes, steaks and burgers for lunch and dinner; marmalade bread & butter pudding and milk chocolate & caramel tart for dessert; and brioche French toast and eggs benedict for weekend brunch. Drinks include wines, cocktails, coffees and craft beers.

Tom Aikens, the youngest British chef to be awarded two Michelin stars, works with the best suppliers and farmers to create a menu rich in fresh, ethically sourced ingredients.
