Vacancy for HR Administrator
We are seeking an HR Administrator to support our HR team during an exceptionally busy period, with a particular focus on supporting our upcoming programme ‘Upgrade Yourself: Kickstart’ offering paid placements to young people in creative businesses based at Somerset House.

This is an opportunity for someone with administrative experience who has an interest in developing a career in HR. You must be able to manage confidential information discreetly and have a proactive approach to championing diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

Contract type: Full Time, Fixed Term (3 month contract with immediate start)
Salary: £24,000 per annum

Vacancy for Producer (Live Events)
We are seeking a Producer to join our the Live Events team, who are responsible for developing and delivering the programme of live events at Somerset House. You will be responsible for producing high quality, large scale events as part of the Trust’s core public programme, including playing a key role in the effective delivery of Skate in Winter 2021.

Contract type: Full time, Fixed Term (6 month contract starting Sept 2021)
Salary: Up to £32,500 per annum

Vacancy for Production Manager (Events)
We are seeking a Production Manager to join our the Live Events team, to lead on the successful production and technical delivery of our programme of live events at Somerset House, including Skate, Summer Series with American Express and Film4 Summer Screen.

This role will suit someone with significant experience in production and project management of large-scale events, ideally outdoor or site-specific, with relevant knowledge of health and safety and event/building/venue licensing regulations.

Contract type: Permanent or 6-month Fixed-term contract (September 2021 – February 2022)
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum

Vacancy for Social Media Manager
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Manager to develop and deliver the social media strategy for Somerset House, designed to engage and grow audiences across platforms, share our work with as wide an audience as possible and raise awareness of the mission and vision of our organisation.

This role will be our in-house expert on social media, ensuring we are up to speed on the latest trends, as well as the front line of our digital interaction with audiences, shaping the tone of voice on all our key platforms. You will be confident using photography and video to create content, as well as adept at interpreting data and sharing insights on social media performance and audience behaviour.

Contract type: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: £32,500 per annum

Vacancy for Ticketing & CRM Officer
We are seeking a new Ticketing & CRM Officer to support the set up and delivery of ticketed events and sales-focussed activity using our shared ticketing and CRM system (Tessitura). You will also help train and inform other teams on the benefits of the system, embedding knowledge and best practice across Somerset House Trust.

This role will suit someone with experience operating a ticketing & CRM system to set up ticketing for events, ideally in an arts, leisure or entertainment venue.

Contract type: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: £30,000 per annum
