Development Manager – Trusts, Foundations & Individuals (12-month Maternity Cover)
This role will work with the Deputy Director and Development colleagues to realise the fundraising strategy for Somerset House Trust, with a specific focus on generating income from individuals, trusts, foundations and statutory sources. Key responsibilities include developing a systematic approach to identifying prospects, building a pipeline of potential supporters and donor stewardship and engagement, to support Somerset House’s priorities, ambitions and charitable purpose in line with agreed targets.

Customer Relations Officer
Somerset House Trust is seeking a Customer Relations Officer to join the Visitor Experience team to lead on all incoming customer communication. This role will be responsible for answering phone calls, emails and responding to customer feedback, which at times may be complex and challenging. Other duties will include being a lead user of Tessitura, our CRM and Ticketing System, including logging customer feedback and compiling feedback reports to inform and improve our visitor experience.
