Vacancy for Resident Coordinator (Maternity Cover)

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Somerset House Trust is seeking a Resident Coordinator to act as a point of contact for general resident enquiries from existing and prospective residents.

  • Act as a point of contact for general resident enquiries from existing and prospective residents
  • Prepare standard lease documents for any commercial letting
  • Manage all resident moves both internal and external, overseeing the logistics of moving in/out of the building, office dilapidations and liaising with other departments to ensure deadlines are met
  • Work closely with the Finance department to ensure timely invoicing and effective credit control
  • Manage all central databases for resident associated information
  • Coordinate refurbishment of resident spaces
  • Supports the resident department in developing the resident community, reviewing applications and meeting prospective organisations
  • Supports the resident department in developing Somerset House as the leading venue for creative collaboration and cultural exchange
  • Build relationships with residents, understanding how organisations can best contribute to Somerset House’s creative purpose to the mutual benefits of both parties, alongside the Resident Community Manager and other members of the Resident Team
  • Assist with planning and delivery of resident community events
  • Assist with the production of the community weekly newsletter
