During this workshop, Ella will present the history of Swiss darning and demonstrate how to Swiss darn your knitted items to reinforce and decorate them. Following this, you will have the opportunity to ask Ella questions. This workshop is suitable for beginners and is free to attend.
Materials Required:
A chunky knitted item which should be stockinette stitch
A selection of yarns - try to match the weight of the yarn with the knitted item
Darning needle
Small thread snips or scissors
