Diary Opens for Events in the Embankment Galleries

06 Mar 2023

For the first time in years, the largest internal space within our neo-classical riverside venue at the heart of the capital, will be available for commercial events and private hire for over half of the year.

We believe that this is ground-breaking news for brands and creative agencies looking to host multi-day experiences and spectacular events. We receive so many enquiries for large numbers which, ordinarily, we can fulfil only at specific times of the year. Now we have a variety of options throughout 2023.

With the ability to host up to 1,000 guests for a reception across all three floors, the galleries have been a popular choice for post-premiere after parties and dinners for up to 350.

Being only ten minutes from the West End is a huge bonus when considering logistics and sustainable transportation. Having wider scope this year is a coup for organisers wanting to host in a central London venue that is rarely available.

In addition to evening events, the spaces have been used for large-scale product launches, fashion shows, award ceremonies, conferences and this year will be a prime location for Christmas parties.

Previous clients have included UNIQLO with an immersive exhibition entitled ‘The Art and Science of Lifewear: New Form Follows Function ’ Breast Cancer Now, with its annual fashion show, as well as a diverse range of clients from banking and finance to lifestyle, sports, entertainment and retail such as Wines of Germany, HSBC, ASDA, London Games Festival, Discovery, Freshfields, Bosch, San Miguel, Netflix, The White Company, DLA Piper and Dentsu Aegis Global.

Clients can also enhance their experience with access to our cultural programme during this time, such as BLACK VENUS which addresses the historical representation and shifting legacy of Black women in visual culture, and The Missing Thread sponsored by Morgan Stanley which explores the story of Black British fashion, looking at how the influences of the 20th and 21st Centuries have had on design and its contribution to Britain’s rich design history.

Availability in the Embankment Galleries is from late March – early May and late July – end of December 2023.
