It’s time to prepare your fiercest party glad rags and sashay into 2019 with a spectacular New Year’s show unlike any other with legendary LGBTQ+ collective Sink the Pink

Somerset House and Sink the Pink have teamed up to transform London’s most beautiful ice rink into the ultimate party destination, featuring Sink the Pink’s acclaimed flamboyant performers, classic dancefloor hits and gloriously wild routines.

With exclusive access to our River Terrace you'll also have a glorious view of the Mayor of London's fireworks as the capital's skyline lights up to welcome in the New Year. There’ll also be a fantastic range of food and drink on offer, so whether you choose to Skate or just watch the spectacle, you’ll be partying with the Sink The Pink DJs and drag stars until the early hours.

There is no child price ticket available on New Year’s Eve. 
Due to the size, timings and nature of the event, the recommended minimum age for this event is 16.

Ice skating is only available for those who have booked a Skating ticket.
There is limited seating within each of the food and drink outlets across the site.
We advise you to arrive by 20.00. Access to the venue is open all evening but no re-entry is permitted.
We will have enhanced security checks on-site.
This is an outdoor event, please dress appropriately for all weather; if you are Skating please wear practical clothing. Fancy dress is permitted as long as it is not impractical and does not pose any risk to yourself or others.
Please do not bring any food or drinks with you as these items will not be permitted.
Please do not bring large bags (over A3/30cm x 42 cm and above) with you.

What time should I arrive for the New Year’s Eve event?
All ticket holders (skaters and spectators) are advised to arrive by 20.00 at Somerset House and to check their journey before travelling.
The surrounding roads will be closed to all traffic including buses ahead of the event. Victoria Embankment will close at 14.00 and Waterloo Bridge is closed to pedestrians from 16.00 and to vehicles from 19.30. 
Public transport services usually run all night on NYE. To confirm travel information prior to the event please visit or call the 24-hour Travel Information Line 020 7222 1234. You are strongly advised not to drive into Central London on NYE.
