WIN TWO FLIGHTS TO JAMAICA | TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. The promoters of this competition are Somerset House Trust, The Strand, London WC2R 1LA and Jamaica Tourist Board, 1 Prince Consort Board, London, SW7 2BZ.

  3. Entry into the competition is deemed to be an acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  4. Please note that this competition is only open to residents of the United Kingdom.
  5. Entry is open to any resident of the United Kingdom, aged over 18, who possesses an email address, except employees or contractors of the promoters or immediate family members of the employees or contractors of the promoters.
  6. The competition commences at 11AM on Wed 03 Jul 2019, and concludes at 10AM on Thu 22 Aug 2019.
  7. To enter, entrants must submit their entry by completing the prescribed form on the previous page.
  8. The prize will be awarded to one winner, chosen at random from all correct entries received by the closing date.  No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of the winner.
  9. Prize: two airline tickets to Jamaica from London.
  10. Dates of travel will be subject to availability at the time of booking in the required booking class.
  11. Travel is from London Gatwick (LGW) to Sangster International Airport (MBJ) or Norman Manley International Airport KIN via a scheduled carrier.
  12. Travel is not permitted during December 2019, April 2020 or July 2020. First and second choice of dates will be required.
  13. Travel is valid from 01 September 2019 and must be completed by 01 December 2020.
  14. The promoters reserve the right to change the prize to a prize of equal or greater value.
  15. The prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  16. The winner of the competition will be contacted by email. By entering into the competition, the entrant agrees to be contacted by Somerset House Trust.
  17. If the winner does not claim the prize within seven days, the prize will be awarded to a new winner chosen at random from the remaining correct entries.
  18. Only one submission from any entrant, whether using the same or alternative email addresses, will be eligible for the prize.
  19. Any entries deemed offensive or inappropriate by Somerset House Trust will be disqualified from the competition.
  20. Entrants’ personal information will be processed by Somerset House Trust for the purposes of selecting a winner of the competition in accordance with Somerset House Trust’s Privacy Policy https://www.somersethouse.org.uk/privacy-policy-and-terms-conditions.
  21. Notification of the results and receipt of the prize: the promoters will notify the winner by e-mail on or before 11AM on Fri 23 Aug 2019. The winner will receive the prize on the date as agreed with Jamaica Tourist Board before 01 December 2020.
  22. The surname and county of the winner can be obtained by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to FAO Hannah Struve, Somerset House, Strand, London WC2R 1LA. If you do not want your surname and county included on the notification referred to above, you must notify the promoters a reasonable period of time before the closing date of the promotion.
  23. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of, and any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of, England and Wales.
