Bridget often uses found objects and materials in her work, examining repetition and playfulness with a focus on repair. She will guide you through 2 techniques: creating a golden join, and decoupage techniques for covering cracks. Following this, you will have the opportunity to ask Bridget questions.
Broken ceramic pieces to practise these techniques will be provided or you can bring your own ceramic to repair. This workshop is suitable for beginners and tickets cost £15.
All ticket sales will be donated to the Somerset House Young Talent Fund. This provides bursaries and financial relief to artists, as well as opportunities for under-represented people aged 18-25 seeking to get into the creative sector.
