Opening times & prices

Following the latest easing of government restrictions, Somerset House is fully open to the public. 


Admission to Somerset House is free, but you currently need to book in advance for exhibitions and events.

New exhibition Gallery 31: Create, Capture, Organise, Pluralise is open from 01 Jul – 31 Oct 2021, open Mon – Sun 10.00 - 18.00.

* Our gallery and exhibition spaces sometimes open late for exhibitions and special events. The Edmond J. Safra Court is occasionally closed for concerts, film screenings and other special events.

Pennethorne’s    
Currently closed.
Pennethorns is reopening from Wednesday 06 October and we will be open 11.00 – 22.00, Monday to Friday.

Spring
Spring is open for Dinners only, Wednesday to Saturday with reservations from 17.30 and the last reservation at 21.30. 
Spring will be open for Lunch 12.00 - 14.30, Wednesday to Saturday from 01 September.

WatchHouse
Offering indoor dining and a takeaway food and drinks service.

Somerset House Shop, East Wing
