For our final week of Film4 Summer Screen, we've invited bi-monthly film magazine Little White Lies to host the East Wing, championing great movies and the people who make them.
Combining cutting-edge design, illustration and journalism, they’ve been described as being “at the vanguard of the independent publishing movement”. Their reviews feature a unique tripartite ranking system the captures the different aspects of the movie-going experience. They also host an essential weekly podcast, Truth & Movies presented by James Richardson.

MAKE YOUR OWN ‘ZINE – CELEBRATING ARNIE
The Little White Lies team will be descending upon Somerset House to make a bespoke movie fanzine inspired by the life and work of Austria's finest: Arnold Schwarzenegger. Join us as we put our cut-and-paste skills to the test and produce a miniature magazine, top-to-bottom, which we'll be handing out at that evening's double-bill screenings of Total Recall and A Nightmare on Elm Street.

DRAWING FROM THE MOVIES
Join us for an intimate masterclass with London-based illustrator and graphic designer Sharm Murugiah. A regular contributor to Little White Lies, Sharm draws inspiration from movies and popular culture to create bold, impactful imagery. He'll be discussing his work, including his soon-to-be published book 'Where's The Dude?', and offering first-hand advice on how to make it as a freelance illustrator.
