STYLIST, AGATA BELCEN
THE POWER OF AESTHETICS
In association with Agata’s role as Hanna Moon’s stylist.
Senior Fashion Editor at AnOther Magazine, Agata Belcen is also a regular contributor to Fantastic Man and Dazed.
Before embarking on her career in fashion, Agata studied philosophy at the University of Cambridge and History of Dress at the Courtauld Institute of Art. She then assisted stylists Cathy Edwards and Camilla Nickerson whilst developing a subtle and considered take on contemporary femininity.
In addition to her magazine editorials, Agata has styled for brands including Joseph, COS, Ivy Park, Stella McCartney and Gucci and with photographers including Johnny Dufort, Mark Peckmezian, Hanna Moon and Robi Rodriguez. She collaborated with Charlotte Wales and Chopova Lowena on the book Kukeri, published in 2018 by Claire de Rouen.
“Agata's work never has the appearance of models showing off "looks" - instead, she gives us people who seem to have dressed themselves according to some strange, jarring and beautiful logic of their own.”
