English as a Second Language Gallery Late: Hear This
Resident members of Creative Careers Academy present an evening of sensory experiences in response to the exhibition. Considering language and origin, the group invite their peers to observe, explore and interact with sound, space and speech.

The group gather friends, peers, colleagues and the public, welcoming all to an intimate rediscovery of the everyday voices we take for granted. During the evening participants are invited to take a tour through the Hanna Moon & Joyce NG: English As A Second Language exhibition and are welcomed for one-night only to interact with two immersive experiences, hosted by the group. Split between two rooms, one is designed to disorientate the senses through sound, whilst the other poses questions to reflect on and respond to together.
Expect to have your day-to-day perspectives challenged in this inclusive and inviting space.
Please be aware that there will be complimentary drinks available at this event and you may be asked for ID.
The Creative Careers Academy offers London Living Wage work placements and skills development to talented young people who are under-represented in the creative and cultural sector. We aim to support diverse new talent emerging into the sector.
