Tom White is a London-based artist. His multidisciplinary practice spreads across sound, moving image, installation and live performance.

Past projects include commissions from South London Gallery, Radiophrenia, Arnolfini, LUX Moving image, MK Gallery & Spill Festival of Performance. He won the British Composer Award 2014 (Sonic Art) for Public Address, commissioned by South London Gallery.

For this talk he will touch on various strands of his work such as collaboration, performance, process and curating the Apologies in Advance series, founded in 2016, a platform for live works in progress.

Doors for this event will open at 18:30. The talk will begin at 19:00 with time for Q&A afterwards. Drinks will be available from the bar next to the entrance to the New Wing of Somerset House.

The venue is located on the ground floor of Somerset House and is fully wheelchair accessible with an accessible toilet. If you have any other access requirements, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate them.
