Sam Cottington

Sam Cottington is an artist, writer and theatremaker from London. He studied in Monica Baer’s class at Städelschule in Frankfurt. Through interdisciplinary experiments in collage he often presents “reality” as contradictory and mutable; the product of specific historical and social economies. He is concerned with what John Ashbery called ‘the experience of experience.’
