Formed by multi-instrumentalist singer/songwriter Mark Foster in 2009, the band picked up a considerable buzz online with performances at the Texas musical festival SXSW attracting the attention of major labels. A self-titled EP included Pumped Up Kicks, which quickly became a massive worldwide hit and platinum selling debut album Torches scooped the Billboard Music Awards' Top Rock Song and picked up three Grammy nominations, transforming Foster from a radio jingle writer into a household name.
Recorded on tour in various locations, the follow-up album Supermodel was even bolder and breakout singles Coming of Age and Best Friend took the band to number three on the US album charts. This exclusive UK date is their first visit to Summer Series, so get set for epic, feel-good singalongs.
