In 2021, Gabriels announced their arrival with the loose-limbed vintage soul jam of Love and Hate in a Different Time , an instant and timeless stone-cold classic that introduced a band formed of supremely talented parts and which generated a whirlwind of ecstatic reviews.

It’s easy to focus on singer Jacob Lusk’s astonishing gospel voice, elegant stage presence and showman charisma. He has a startling capacity to shift from whispering sweet nothings to unleashing a fever rush falsetto a beat later. But there’s so much more going on in this band, with delicious orchestrated arrangements, soaring melodies plus unexpected twists and turns.

Having completed their sold out UK tour, a US Harry Styles tour support and a run of summer festival slots (including Glastonbury), two acclaimed EPs deep and hot off the back of the release of Part 1 of their debut album Angels & Queens in September 2022, Gabriels are barely out of second gear.

This year has begun with just as much rich promise; shortlisted on the BBC Radio 1 Sound of 2023 Poll, a Brit Award nomination for Best International Group and the second, highly anticipated instalment of their debut album due for release in June.

London based four-piece collective oreglo - made up of C-Sé, Linus Barry, Nico Saggese and Teigan Hastings - began its journey in the celebrated Tomorrow’s Warriors and Kinetika Bloco, and have since played stages at Southbank Centre, The Jazz Café as well as winning the Cross The Tracks Emerging Artist slot this year. Bringing together their shared interest in the fusion of jazz, rock and reggae, oreglo are guaranteed to get you moving with a high energy show.
