If you have a ticket for the platform that you wish to resell, please contact the Somerset House team at visitor@somersethouse.org.uk.

If you have booked a Accessible ticket and Companion ticket, please note that companion tickets are automatically returned and are not able to be resold.

If you have access to The Lounge with American Express on the River Terrace and require step-free access speak to one of our Visitor Experience team on arrival.

Toilets
We have a number of accessible toilets on site. These will be clearly signposted and included on site maps. Please ask a member of staff if you need assistance locating the toilets.

We also have many gender-neutral cubicle toilets behind the stage. These are accessed via a flight of steep stairs which have a hand-rail.

Customers with Medical Requirements
We welcome attendees who need to bring medicines, medical equipment, food or drink to manage a medical condition. Please let us know about this in advance by contacting visitor@somersethouse.org.uk.

If you have sensitivity to noise, we recommend bringing ear defenders or ear plugs with you. There will also be ear plugs available for free at the bars for any visitors.

If you would like to discuss your access requirements or our facilities, including the viewing platform, with a member of our Visitor Experience Team then please email visitor@somersethouse.org.uk so we can provide you with further information and assistance about your visit.

Food & Drink

During the gigs our courtyard bars will be offering a selection of drinks all evening, including premium world beer San Miguel, the official beer partner of Summer Series. There will also be street food available from pop-up food stalls in the Edmond J. Safra Fountain Court.

A select number of Enhanced tickets are available for an additional £25.00. Ticket holders will be given access to the private Enhanced Bar located in WatchHouse, supported by San Miguel, with a free drink on arrival (wine, beer or soft drink). Please note WatchHouse sits alongside the courtyard but does not offer a clear view of the main stage. The bar is open throughout the concert and your drinks can be taken into the main courtyard.
