Looking for reasons to be hopeful? As we look ahead to 2017, UTOPIA 2016: A Year of Imagination and Possibility culminates in a weekend of drop-in debates, workshops, activities and films exploring how the world could be different, from food, housing, the economy and governance, to growing, education and play.
Engage with provocative proposals from artists, activitsts and thinkers, join the debate and feed in your thoughts, hopes and dreams to a collective display of ideas for utopia now. Take part in collaborative writing and mapping workshops, plant seeds with the King’s Cross Skip Garden, celebrate the spirit of surplus food with Day Old or watch a series of utopian films. Everyone is invited to experiment with new ways we might live, work, make and play.
