The French born, New York City resident film director made his name with acclaimed videos for artists including Lana Del Rey, Katy Perry, Taylor Swift and Harry Styles before unexpectedly turning the camera on himself and recording an album under the name Woodkid.

He’s become known for his spectacular live shows, including a dramatic live broadcast from the top of the Eiffel Tower, and having sold out the Queen Elizabeth Hall during the EFG London Jazz Festival. Woodkid also played storming shows at a sell-out Roundhouse and was joined by the massed forces of the BBC Concert Orchestra for a truly epic production at Brixton Academy, both as part of a wider European tour celebrating the release of his album The Golden Age.

Returning to London with a brand new album and live show, there’s no better venue to witness Woodkid’s symphonic pop, with the courtyard resounding to soaring orchestral strings interspersed with bombastic percussion, and an array of spectacular visuals combining to generate waves of uplifting crescendos.
