Revolutionary new careers fair for young people to gain relevant, useful advice about getting into film, theatre, music and the visual arts.

Are you 14-25 and interested in pursuing a career in the arts? Join us for a day of inspiration and opportunities at this revolutionary new careers fair from ERIC Fest.

Forget the boring stalls and free stationery. And definitely ignore the recruiters in suits. ERIC Fest is all about stages, entertainment and speakers who can actually give you relevant, practical advice on how to find your dream creative career.

This one-day event will upskill you with integral business information, such as fundraising and looking after budgets, legalities, forging contacts and networking, plus talks, workshops and live demos throughout the day to help get you into film, theatre, music and the visual arts. And the best thing is it's all free.

Speakers on the day include Alex Browning (Film Director), Becs Beslee (Head of people at Dice), Juanita Agboola (Founder at HFNE) and James Bishop (Founder at playbyplay).

What to expect

Equipment and immersive tech demos, including live equipment demos from ProCam

A chill out zone by HFNE where you can relax and learn about why mental health is so important through quizzes, activities and videos

Hands-on business and skill focused workshops, including how to build and showcase your online creative CV in one place with Hiive and how to shoot and edit your own videos using your phone with PlaybyPlay

Networking with industry, employers and fellow creatives

Live briefs, projects and competitions to showcase your talent

Music, performances, goodie bags plus food and drink, plus a live performace from a special guest up and coming artist to close the event.
