Grounding Practice: Methods in Filmmaking
A process-focused event bringing together the director and a key collaborator from the production to open up and demystify the process of filmmaking. Through candid conversation, the speakers will unpack how the film was made, from early ideas and creative decision-making to practical challenges, and breakthroughs along the way.
Each event will begin with a screening of the film under discussion, followed by an informal conversation that invites audiences behind the scenes and into the creative process, offering insight into both the artistic and logistical realities of bringing a film to life.
