Resident organisation Improbable host a special evening of activity and conversation offering an insight into the performance industry.

Improbable have invited a variety of professionals from across the working world of performance who will be on hand to share their experiences and offer practical advice on finding your feet in the creative industies.

An introductory workshop will give attendees the chance to introduce themselves, their practice and ambitions. While a "mentor speed dating" session offers participants an opportunity to discover how each of the mentors’ companies operate. The evening will be wrapped up by an informal networking session infused with mulled wine and nibbles where attendees can socialise and connect with a mentor in an informal setting.

This evening will be a unique opportunity to meet peers and professionals and hear personal insights from those that have been there, done that and are looking to inspire and inform the next generation of performing arts professionals.
