Play Sensorium with HoLD Collective

Returning for Family Day in February half term and Easter holidays, HoLD Collective are back with a playspace for young families to enjoy!

Our bodies hold their own magical abundance. They make sense and respond to what surrounds us in mystical ways that construct our understanding of the world. This innate magic is natural and constant—an ongoing exchange between our bodies and the shifting world as we move through it, a conversation made of sensation rather than words.

The Play Sensorium helps children to explore the magic of their bodies as they discover how it moves and feels among soft sculptures, objects, and other bodies.

This playspace was originally commissioned for Body Sensors: Play Space with HoLD Collective as part of the Wayne McGregor: Infinite Bodies public programme and includes elements from UNIQLO Tate Play: Holiday Make Studio: The Joy of Feeling at Tate Modern, London 2025.
