Streamed Live

Join Somerset House teammates as they get together to share their roles (previous and current) and get insight and advice on how to navigate a potential career in the arts and learn that no two routes are ever the same.

For its first time the Upgrade Yourself programme is bringing colleagues from teams across Somerset House to share their experiences and own creative journeys. We'll be covering programming, artist liaison, event & project planning, communication, audience engagement and participation. This is the perfect opportunity to hear from those working behind the scenes, within the building and digitally. Known as London’s working art centre, Somerset House is home to the UK’s largest and most exciting creative community, overflowing with new ideas, young businesses, and fresh perspectives.

Upgrade Yourself: Peer Exchange is our new digital strand of the Creative Careers & Skills programme at Somerset House, bringing you bite-size snippets of information, innovation and inspiration over lunch-time sessions.

Reaching out and connecting you to our Somerset House Studios Artist community, various colleagues at Somerset House Trust and Somerset House Exchange, as well as with our peers and industry friends within the wider creative industries.
