Adnan Naqvi
Adnan is a systems theorist working across decentralized technology and sonic culture. His work draws from the philosophy of technology and the technologies of listening and has taken the form of texts, moving image, forensic reports, multi-channel compositons, tools and strategic memos. He currently is an independent strategist prototyping decentralized financial systems between governments, banks and technology companies in South Asia. Previously, he was an audio investigator at Earshot and a technology research fellow at ToftH.
Adnan often collaborates with contemporary artists with text, sound and images credited as part of works exhibted, performed or published through Weird Economies (2024), Sharjah Biennale (2025), Barakat Contemporary Seoul (2024), Al Serkal Arts Foundation, Dubai (2024), Sfeir Semler Gallery, Beirut (2025), Wonder Cabinet, Palestine (2025), Somerset House, London (2025), Stroom Den Haag (2025), and the Munch Museum (2025).
