In this informative deep dive, you’ll get an inside look at what it really takes to bring large-scale events to life. Led by Morgan Robinson, Production Manager for Live Events at Somerset House, we’ll explore the full production journey - from concept to get-out.

Morgan will break down:

  • What a production manager does (and how he got there)
  • The full lifecycle of a major event like the Summer Series gigs - from first ideas to final performance
  • The essential skills behind the scenes: project management, budgets, scheduling, safety, sound, lighting, and more!

You’ll also get the chance to step into the role yourself, working through real-life scenarios and challenges to produce your own mock event. You'll leave the session with fresh, practical skills in creative problem-solving and fast-paced decision-making.

✨ And here's the bonus: All attendees will receive a free ticket to the Summer Series gig: Akinola Davies Jr Presents rituals: union black - a unique, immersive, and disruptive audio-visual experience that brings to life the power of production, storytelling, and sound.
Watch your learning come alive on stage!
