Sur Andina: will briefly introduce the event with insights into Andean mythology. Chef Jezabel Careaga will guide attendees exploring the tactile and sensorial nature of the elements — the surfaces of mate gourds, bombillas (straws), and driedyerba leaves. Sharing the etiquette of mate while discussing its role in Argentine hospitality, and its preparation. Guests will enjoy yerba mate infused with Andean herb rica rica and will leave with a small bundle of yerba mate as a token of connection. This ritual encourages mindful participation, transforming a simple act of drinking mate into a moment of cultural immersion.
