Arnold is a lion. Arnold is also pink, and lives with his bright pink flamingo family. When a growling gang of lions stops by, will Arnold leave his flamingo family and be able to find his roar?

Join the brilliant author-illustrator Jane Porter for a roaring storytelling event and find out how to draw your very own Arnold the lion – ROAR!

Suitable for children aged 5-12 and their families. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

This session is supported by Walker Books and is part of the World Illustration Awards 2018.

Jane Porter

Jane Porter was born in London and has lived here ever since. She works from a small room at the top of her house, with a big planchest for my desk so she can draw standing up, which she finds easier. It’s crammed with all sorts of art materials, including some ink she made myself out of oak galls. She like experimenting!
